Some of the activities around Bella Temporada include, surfing, hang gliding and trekking.

Surfing at itacoatiara. There are several beaches where one can surf, the main one being Itacoatiara which is on our door step. The surrounding scenery is spectacular, and national surfing competitions are held here.

Hang Gliding. Hang gliding can be done from the City Park Niteroi, or Sao Conrado Rio de Janeiro. Both places are spectacular surrounded by devastating views and scenery. People come from all over the world to hang glide in Rio, and if you are a first timer you can also fly tandem with a very experienced instructor.

Trekking. There are many places to choose from, either in the local area or further afield. You can choose between the privacy of your own company or using a professional guide. The scenery is wonderful whatever you decide to do!
